IV. e-Newsletters

We provide a regular information service in the form of an e-Newsletter. The e-newsletter is only sent to voluntary subscribers.

When registering for our e-Newsletters, you need only to enter your e-mail address and the country you are located in. The provision of any other personal data is optional.

When you choose to opt-in for additional marketing activities by ticking the tick-box “Yes, I agree” placed next to the question “Do you allow us to contact you also with other marketing activities?”, you need also to enter your company name, address, city, postcode and phone number.

If you subscribe to our e-Newsletter we may use cookies, customised links or similar technologies to trace if you open the e-Newsletter, to track e-mail links you click in the e-Newsletters received, etc. Tracking helps us to tailor the e-Newsletters to better match your needs as well as to generally improve the performance and relevance of the e-Newsletter. This technology is a tool we use to compile aggregated statistics about HUBER+SUHNER e-Newsletter usage, such as how many visitors clicked on key elements (such as links or graphics) on our e-Newsletter. We may share aggregated statistics with partner companies. This data may be linked with personal data and used for technical administration of the Sites, research and development or marketing purposes and used to help improve the Sites and analyse trends.

Each e-Newsletter contains instructions on how to discontinue receipt/unsubscribe. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter may also opt-out of receiving these communications via the form on our page unsubscribe or through alternative means of communications provided at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.
